Had a back MRI and between WNA and my insurance the referral to a surgeon fell through the cracks for followup. I realize the patient must be their own health advocate and be aware of what’s going on. I had a discussion with the office and now I am comfortable with their handling of it and appreciated their efforts to contact me to discuss.
The doctor is very precise and accurate, everyone was very nice.
