Excellent! Compassionate!
The doctor and the nurse were both very kind, professional, and helpful. I really appreciate the care they provided. However, the waiting time was extremely long. I waited about three hours, which is too long for a scheduled visit. I understand that clinics can get busy, but improving the wait time would make the experience much better for patients since everyone has other plans and responsibilities. Overall, the staff was great, but the waiting time definitely needs improvement.
Excellent service
The service from the front desk and nurses was exceptional. The doctor was a bit rude and dismissive, I’m hoping this is a one-time event.
I was presently surprised by how efficient and kind the staff were and Dr. Faisal helped explain what was going on with me and the next steps.
