I’m honestly not impressed with western nephrology. While the staff is mostly polite, the medical staff leaves a lot to be desired. From my perspective all they’ve done is bounce me to other doctors, ignore the extreme pain I’ve consistently been in, and charge me and my insurance a grip of money to basically be a glorified reassignment service. This morning (11/25/25) I had a 0900 appointment. I got there at 0840 for any paperwork that may need be done etc. at 0910 I was informed the doctor would not be coming in. I took ti... read more
I have been seeing someone here for a couple of years. They have been very helpful in dealing with my kidney issues and the problems related to them. They haven't ever been behind by more than a couple of minutes. They are efficient in getting patients through check in, labs, etc. When with the practitioner I never feel rushed. She listens to my questions and concerns, and I never feel pressured to do anything I feel hesitant or uncertain about.
I want to give a shout out and 5 STAR review to Patsy for her excellent service, humorous attitude, and gentle touch when taking blood. She was so aware and present during the process that I didn't even feel the needle. Wow! Go Patsy! These five stars are for you.
