Great service from Matt. Had a chainsaw emergency and needed help, 8am on a Monday morning. Walked out with new chain, full tank of petrol and back on the job within 5 minutes. Thanks Matt 💪
Great experience! Will helped me out today and took the time to walk me through the shop and all the options available. He helped me choose the perfect set of tools for what I needed and made the whole process really easy. There was no hassle at all, and every question I asked was answered clearly and with a level of knowledge that was easy to understand. Good genuine operators with great customer service. Always good.
Spoke to Richard over the phone yesterday about a new handle for my mower. He told me to bring the old handle in and they would see what they could do. Went in today and saw Will who was very helpful and pleasant. He found me a replacement handle, which works perfectly. Highly recommend Richard and Will. Much appreciated.
