A huge Thank you to owner and shop guys for your time and interest shown in supporting our tractor rebuild project. Your patience and ability to provide alternative options with the hoses on this tractor is literally the reason we were able to complete this project- and have a functioning tractor. Without you guys- we would have been at a stand still. Other local retailers had no interest in offering alternative solutions - just “ no, we don’t have those “. You saved the day and we can’t express our appreciation enough!
Edwardsville is a sales store not a repair shop. They fail to let people know that. Waste of time. Unless you’re in the north Kansas City area this place isn’t for repairing.
They are highly recommended by my residential framing company. On time ,very efficient, and easy to work with. Their service tech, Dante, was very polite and highly skilled. Everyone one is so courteous. Thats hard to find these days. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I will continue to use Western Mountain in the future.
