I had a problem with one of their hoses and it actually damaged my car but upon learning of this the owner, Tony, was very honorable and promptly corrected the problem and I was VERY impressed and grateful to see that this is not just a specialty company, but is also highly ethical in their work. keep up the good work guys!

These guys came out to my shop a year ago to work on one of my trucks in western Joco. Their technician must have not known anything because he rerouted the hoses and you know you hire western mountain you think you know you trust they know what they're doing. My truck was still leaking.I called them back up you know I ran it for a sec but you're really not going to know if it's going to still leak untill you have to take it out on the road and hump on it. A huge Thank you to owner and shop guys for your time and interest shown in supporting our tractor rebuild project. Your patience and ability to provide alternative options with the hoses on this tractor is literally the reason we were able to complete this project- and have a functioning tractor. Without you guys- we would have been at a stand still. Other local retailers had no interest in offering alternative solutions - just “ no, we don’t have those “. You saved the day and we can’t express our appreciation enough!

Edwardsville is a sales store not a repair shop. They fail to let people know that. Waste of time. Unless you’re in the north Kansas City area this place isn’t for repairing.
