I checked in late and went to sleep. This morning I went to the bathroom to take a shower and bathroom was dirty due to not being clean. As I tried to speak with manager they said management was not available. Then wanted to charge me more tonight. Is lady came in and had to clean my bathroom so I could take a shower. Keep in mind I never used the bathroom until this morning.
Had a reservation booked for a Southern Miss game. Received an email 3 days before my stay telling me my reservation was cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances (in other words they resold the room for a higher price). Impossible to get ahold of a human to complain, has been 3 months and I still have not received my refund and again cannot speak to an actual human to find out why. DON’T DO IT. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We booked this to stop over night from Texas on the way to Florida on PRICELINE, but walked in and immediately walked out. They will not offer a refund at the hotel or via Priceline. It is a sad situation, honestly. Bugs, bodily fluids, holes in linens and floors, hair, rust- uninhabitable.
