I will never stay at this place again!! It wasn’t clean the air conditioner was filthy the bathroom had vice grips to turn the bathtub water on!!! I just didn’t feel safe at the motel!! It took forever to be checked in because the attendant was no where to be found!!!
Need better service
I checked in late and went to sleep. This morning I went to the bathroom to take a shower and bathroom was dirty due to not being clean. As I tried to speak with manager they said management was not available. Then wanted to charge me more tonight. Is lady came in and had to clean my bathroom so I could take a shower. Keep in mind I never used the bathroom until this morning.
Had a reservation booked for a Southern Miss game. Received an email 3 days before my stay telling me my reservation was cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances (in other words they resold the room for a higher price). Impossible to get ahold of a human to complain, has been 3 months and I still have not received my refund and again cannot speak to an actual human to find out why.
