Very disappointing experience at Western Inn Hattiesburg. The room’s air conditioner was clearly broken. I reported the issue and asked for a different room, but management refused and instead attempted a quick repair. The AC stopped working again shortly afterward. The control panel was visibly damaged and looked like it had already been taken apart before. The worst place to come to, no trash cans, hole in the floor, tv only shows one channel, pillows are not fluffy at all, one lamp working, will not let you trade for another room and fire alarm unplugged and laying on the microwave . DO NOT COME HERE, lesson learned

This motel was incredibly nasty and dirty. The shower was brown everywhere there was a whole in the comforter on the bed, a the wasn’t even a trash can. No refunds either is stupid for that horrible motel. 0/10 don’t recommend if you plan on staying there DONT.
