WMMHC use to be a great place, then they got to top heavy, caring more about the people in administration that about clients or the staff that actually worked with clients (like case managers). Instead of laying off administration staff they got rid of case management, CBRs, most therapists,and day treatment. Now Aware bought them, but I have been burned to many times by WMMHC to trust them again. I still see Jane Mergy(psych provider), and the nursing staff; they actually care about the clients. They refused to help me with my situation on the emotional support animal note for my three cats and everyone who has dogs and cats. Don't go over there because they are horrible people over there especially for those who have mental disabilities like me who needed animals for their emotional support
Patricia White, PA is very difficult to talk to. Never remembers your name and asks the exact same questions every time. She doesn’t practice active listening, empathize or provide validation before quickly moving on to the next question. It’s feels like she’s just checking things off a list and wants to get a the next person. I told her again today that I find her difficult to talk to and she replied, I’m sorry you feel that way. She said that repeatedly but did nothing to show that she cared or wanted to make me feel heard... read more

CHECK YOUR CREDIT! My medical records, SSN, DOB, phone number, address, American Express card number, and medications were all EXPOSED In September 24th and they have never notified me!!! I’m FURIOUS!!
