CHECK YOUR CREDIT! My medical records, SSN, DOB, phone number, address, American Express card number, and medications were all EXPOSED In September 24th and they have never notified me!!! I’m FURIOUS!!
The therapists are ok. They are more of here are your meds. Let’s check back in a month or two to see how they are going. But, the support staff are awful. They are glib and uncaring and consistently say my pharmacy hadn’t faxed them, they had. The only reason I give it a second star, is because they accommodate 100% virtual appointments.
