I've been a patient of WMMH for years. Since they have merged with AWARE, I've had incompetent front desk not giving me proper zoom links, which have caused me to be late or miss appointments. I've been hung up on, multiple times, I've had scheduling errors, attitude, the works. Whoever this Heather person is on front desk, absolutely needs talking to in regard to their poor bedside manner, and incapable of copy and pasting a correct zoom link. WMMHC use to be a great place, then they got to top heavy, caring more about the people in administration than about clients and the staff that actually worked with clients (like case managers). Instead of laying off administration staff they got rid of case management, CBR&S, most therapists, and day treatment. Now Aware bought them, but I have been burned to many times by WMMHC to trust them again. I still see Jane Mergy (psych provider), and the nursing staff; they actually care about the clients. They refused to help me with my situation on the emotional support animal note for my three cats and everyone who has dogs and cats. Don't go over there because they are horrible people over there especially for those who have mental disabilities like me who needed animals for their emotional support
Patricia White, PA is very difficult to talk to. Never remembers your name and asks the exact same questions every time. She doesn’t practice active listening, empathize or provide validation before quickly moving on to the next question. It’s feels like she’s just checking things off a list and wants to get a the next person. I told her again today that I find her difficult to talk to and she replied, I’m sorry you feel that way.
