We sadly had the misfortune of needing Dr. Lynn Harris' specialty hearing screening for our 3 month old. The experience was disheartening and we feel that Dr. Harris' efforts were phoned in regarding our child's care. The appointment was at 9am and the office is over 2 hours away from our home, so to give our baby the best possible outcome we traveled the day prior and got a hotel room. The staff is professional, friendly, efficient and extremely proficient at communicating about the tests, their results and how the hearing aids work. Their dedicated commitment to patient quality care was evident from the moment I entered their office until I returned for my two-week evaluation with my hearing aids. In addition, the quality of care has remained excellent upon returning with minor issues. The hearing aids are immediately and easily fixed. I wouldn't trust my hearing care to any other provider.
my hearing test was amazingly efficient. the audiologist and staff were friendly, explained fully how the tests work, and got me in and out in rapid time. what more could I ask for?
