Dr Doss was amazing. The nurses are amazing, the receptionist not even kind. Downfall with this place? Their inability to do their job on contacting you about appointments, We have had to call them to check about approvals by ins. Approvals expire because they are incapable of doing their job. Why should the patient have to contact them to get them to check? The receptionist gets rude, does not want to check.
