Absolutely uncaring staff. An OB appointment should be exciting under most conditions, yet the providers do not really seem to care. Rachel, nurse midwife is not pleasant, doesn't seem to care at all. They do not even introduce themselves. They kind of burst in, "any problems?, see you next appointment". They cannot regularly hear heartbeats and have to have others come in. You do not leave there feeling happy, heard or really even cared about. The doctors didn't communicate nor did they communicate with me as the patient as well. I had a baby in 2021 the nurse blew my vein doing an IV and kept it in and drew labs and all from my other arm where I developed an infection in my arm causing a lot of nerve issues to where it was extremely hard to care for a newborn. Why is the practice still open ...
