I have been to Western Missouri Medical Center two times in my 21 years of living in Warrensburg Missouri. These were both life threatening situations and the first emergency I was not an easy patient to deal with! I was yelling, crying,confused and scared and the emergency staff still dealt with me in a gentle and professional manner, which helped me calm down.
