Went in waited in my car for 3 hours to be denied pain meds and fluids twice and when I complained I got a security guard escort everywhere I went. HORRIBLE!!!! DO BETTER
Horrible experience staff doesn't care about requests on not having a certain midwife deliver due to a past experience. Blew 1 veins on each arm. Doesn't care about personal needs or wants from patients. Rude and inconsiderate. Glad they get to decide when your baby is supposed to be due. Didn't listen to wishes or wants
Any time I have been here I have been treated well. Spent 5 days here some months ago, I couldn't of asked for better care. One of my procedures had a day delay, some confusion. I was graciously given a 20 dollar credit to the gift shop.
Good luck with these guys they are so unprofessional! I talked marty and she refused to transfer my call and hung up on me!
