I have been a patient of Dr. Hasan's for several years, when he had his own clinic, we could call and if we had to leave a message we were called back in a reasonable amount of time, since he had to move his office across the street things have really changed. When you call the nurse or the front desk 99% of the time you have to leave a message, mostly numerous messages and most of the time you don't get a call back, we usually have to call the patient advocate at the hospital to get anything done.
