Walk in clinic has been nothing short of good to me and my family. I’ve got chronic migraines and they know when I come in I’m in pain, need dark, and silence. Quick to help and kind. They have always efficient and helpful and I appreciate the “off business hours” for those of us who work.
What's up with these terrible attitudes from these old women working here specifically front desk and the lady that takes a blood pressure and temperature never been here before just moved here to warrensburg and like just the attitude and the general treatment by these older ladies just terrible however I will say the nurse that saw me had a great attitude and was rather nice comparatively
They don't close til 8 so we drove from Concordia because my one year old had a rash got there at 7:18 and the receptionist told us they couldn't see him because they had 3 patients in the back. Lock your doors then! Horrible experience won't be coming back!
I am not sure why the front desk lady comes to work? She is nasty and unhelpful. Very rude explanation of the amount of time of appointment only being 15 min. Asking me about personal symptoms and announcing to the waiting room why I was wanting to be seen. Asking me what I thought my diagnosis would related to?? If I had the license to diagnose and write prescriptions, I would’ve save me a trip. WHY HAVE A JOB IN HEALTHCARE IF YOU DONT LIKE PEOPLE OR ASSISTING PEOPLE?
