Was super anxious going to anywhere due to having no insurance, but I desperately needed medical advice. Luckily, they got me in quick and I didn't have to pay too much out of pocket. The receptionist was super understanding and helpful, and both my nurses were very sweet and helped me as much as they could. I never got their names, but I greatly appreciate them!
I just brought my 2 daughters in and I had a wonderful experience! The staff, from reception to our nurse and doctor, were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent, timely care despite the busy flu season. Troy LPN, Dawn NP, ladies at front desk LaDawn and Christina were amazing!! 5 stars for sure!!
Found out I had influenza. They never called in my meds so I can feel better, Don't go here there a joke
I have a very sick 3 year old and when we called to get him seen, the receptionist told us to get there immediately and she would get him in. We live 5 minutes away and left immediately. When we got there she turned us away saying, “Unfortunately, you got here too late and we’ve already taken our last appointment.” Zero empathy. Zero compassion. I will tell anyone who will listen to NOT go here.
Took my newborn here to be seen for his eye because the base doctors were not working that day. When we were brought into the exam room a nurse came over and held out her arms to take him. I thought that she was going to exam his eye but she just stood there and swayed with him for 5 mins before handing him back and leaving the room.
