Dr. Schumacher is amazing and wonderful! He listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions and even called me on a Saturday to go over my results with me! Definitely recommend him!! Thank you!
As of the last few months, I’ve had nothing but problems when it comes to scheduling an appointment. Mostly since WESTERN MISSOURI MEDICAL CENTER took over the practice. I can no longer leave a message to get a call back. Now calls are forwarded to WMMC’s scheduling office. Who do not answer (most likely still due to understaffing which is ALL the time with WMMC). My feedback is mostly for them since this was never a problem before WMMC took over Central Family and Sports Medicine. WMMC- pay your staff better. On board more ... read more
This was once a very good place to go, but now, after Dr. DAVID Glover retired the customer service, exams, appointments, follow-ups, seems just like everything went downhill. The doctors quality has gone down to almost nearly zero. I've been coming here for 24 years but looking for a new doctor now.
Dr Hoke is great and professional and listens
Dr Hoke was cool but the health associate was very rude and unprofessional.
