The office manager is extremely rude. Western Michigan ENT dominates manistee and ludington. I literally have no choice in providers. Most people do not want to have an hour or more drive just to deal with an ear infection. I wish I could remember her name. I wish I could steer you away from the Manistee location but you have no other choice.
