I am deeply disappointed with the level of care a friends infant received at this hospital. Despite bloodwork showing alarming elevated levels and high liver enzymes, the staff denied that anything was wrong and failed to take his condition seriously. We trusted them to provide proper medical attention, but instead they were met with dismissal and neglect.
The emergency room female nurses (especially fast Track) have horrible bedside manners and you’d get more help from a third world county hospital. I almost lost my foot due to the nurse not wanting to listen to me about my diabetes and left me 10 hours without treatment. Another person had to drive themselves to another hospital while having a mild heart attack and the nurse simply made fun of her weight once she left.
