4.5 hours wait time on a Tuesday evening, an absolute joke for a clinic labeled "urgent care". Was told they have only one doctor and nurse. Wasted time and effort.
Ridiculously long wait times and only one doctor and nurse available. This is not urgent care at all it's simply a distraction from the fact the hospitals are full and the government isn't willing to fix the real problem at hand. My GP wasn't available and no clinics nearby were willing to take new patients so here seemed like my best bet, clearly not. Don't bother going here, just go to ED or suffer at home, it's not worth it.
I was so appalled with the service. After being turned away from w.c.h the night before for thriat infection. I took my daughter her at 8.40am, she was lethargic, sore throat, hurt to breath and tenp of 39. After an hr wait she rapidly declined. I told reception she's struggling to breath, limp and grey gasping for air and had collapsed on their seats. She's I 6yrs old. I have been before with my husband and they have been wonderful Today I went for myself as I have severe diverticulitis which has been in pain for three days . The receptionist was rude wanted to know if I had been before I said I hadn’t but needed some advice and probably pain meds and antibiotics, she said do you just want a script , I said no I needed advice and checking out , she then told me I could wait but it would be five hours .
