I visited today & was very happy with the whole experience, this being my first time there. Harri was absolutely amazing & she was very professional but also friendly & such a nice person. The doctor, Trevor was very thorough & explained everything in detail & again a nice person. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there as they definitely made my visit easier to handle given the fact where I was.

Didn't need to wait too long. Staff were pleasant sympathetic and helpful. Process was excellent too.
Went here with pain rated 8-9 out of 10 and was told 2.5 hours before closing that they're "fully booked" despite being a walk in urgent clinic. Told me to go to the ED instead and washed their hands of me. What's the point of an urgent care clinic if you can't even get past reception and tell your problem to a doctor? Beyond ridiculous
