Arrived at 7.57am officious office staff told us to walk away from the seating with a foot injury.
Only One doctor on and a 4 hour wait, this isn't what an urgent care clinic should be
The two front office staff were so rude. One women was learning and still had rude comments but the other older lady was shockingly rude. Our doctor told us to book another appt at the front office which is what we had tried to do but they kept telling us to just call them and that’s easier while rasing there voices
The 2 ladies on the front counter made me feel so comfortable. Were fun and friendly while being professional considering I came in at the end of their shifts they were full of energy and happy to help. Thankyou
There is nothing ‘urgent’ about this clinic. Currently at 4 hours and counting after falling down concrete stairs at work, and have yet to be seen. Absolutely understand the need to triage, and was of course expecting a wait, but I would not have come here if I knew I would be in this much pain for this long, without any updates given. I still need to wait for a Dr to just give me a referral to go downstairs for an X-ray, and then wait to see them again. Would definitely not recommend this place if it really is urgent.
