Great service from reception and triage. Had a bit of trouble understanding my doctor, imaging was also great service. Call back was also prompt, clear and concise. Well done to all involved 👍
I want to express my deep gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the clinic. I came in this morning with acute abdominal pain. They did all the tests in an hour and a half, and I received a diagnosis and recommendations. This kind of service is vital. I am incredibly grateful.
Yesterday I had to visit Urgent Medicare Clinic Royal Park with a bad skin tare that needed attention as it wouldn’t stop bleeding because I’m on Blood Thinners. The Nurse that was on duty was outstanding and not to mention the fact that I did not have to wait very long. I ended up having Sutures
I was absolutely blown away and so impressed by the friendly and professional manner of the staff when I attended The Western Medicare urgent care clinic today!!! I was told there was a 3 to 4 hour wait , but because my condition could be quickly assessed and treated with a prescription, the lovely nurse took a urine sample and connected me within five minutes to a telly health.
