Customer service at the Kingman location is horrible. I’ve never been so disappointed in a provider... going to have to pay cash at another clinic because they billed my insurance and did not complete the job.
I recently scheduled an appointment for a second opinion and follow up on a laser surgery done by another local ophthalmologist in Kingman, AZ. I am very happy to say I was given a very thorough exam (unlike any other I've had in 65 years) and have another followup tomorrow to make sure there are no long term issues as a result of the laser surgery.
