My elderly grandmother went in to get a new c-pap machine. They requested a doctors prescription so my grandparents immediately got a prescription and went right back. The lady was so rude to my grandparents and refused to give them service let alone fill the order. My poor grandmother went all weekend without a c-pap machine because this lady was too busy to get on with her Friday night when the machine was sitting right in front of her. Despicable if you ask me! It’s a device needed to live!
Since Covid, I have been very ill and Drs were switching Medications alot! Western Drug has been so kind and professional! A much needed Friendly face for me, being shut in for 2 years + except for drive through pharmacy pick up. Thank you, So much!!
