Used to call and wait 30-60 mins to be greeted , times have improved drastically.
Waiting 2 hours for a 2 minute appointment is bad enough, but might not be out of the norm anymore. However it is very frustrating to also have doctors who clearly don't want to listen and just get you out of their room even with the previously mentioned 2 minute appointment. They ask you a question and interrupt immediately if you don't say exactly what they expect as quick as possible. I'm not even talking about rambling on about random things either. Only issue I've ever had here is the wait times, but that seems to be the case across Canada. One of the better clinics I've been to.
