We've been the numerous hospitals visits over the last year as we've fought cancer and this has been by far the worst billing experience. After months of fighting they still refuse to re-bill our ER visit correctly and we're now forced to pay for that care out of pocket, even though it is in network. It is a very simple procedure that they refuse to help with. Terrible, terrible customer service.
