Absolute horrible mechanics. Do not take your vehicle to be serviced here. They’ve incorrectly diagnosed an issue multiple times leading to us having to replace unnecessary parts and cost us $100s of extra dollars. I’ve been a Mazda customer for 15 years and this has made me rethink my entire experience. Shame on you Western Mazda for treating your customers this way

This place needs a cleaner, and better service. A person’s vehicle should be in the garage on time. Not waiting a long time.
