I think I have a unique experience with this company that I’m eager to share. My previous employer used this company and I never had an issue with them. They were on time, friendly and had decent prices on preventative maintenance. Never any surprises or padded invoices to contest. Extremely disappointed with this service. We were charged for a solution that never materialized—the unit (HELI)we received was defective from the start and remains just as unusable. Despite reporting the issue, there was no proper resolution offered. It honestly feels like we were scammed: paid in full, left with the same problem. Excellent experience . Very efficient and diligent mechanic - Patrick . was able to troubleshoot and get our Toyota forklift running like new .
