Came in on March 20 to order stone caps. We got them ordered and I was told they will be ready on March 26. I came in on April 3rd, and she said it’s not here. But to come back later today because it’s out for delivery. I call to confirm that I should come later , before driving out. The same lady says it’s going to actually come on April 9th now , and tells me she never said that. I don’t mind waiting but i’m not sure why we are lying , If something is delayed , you should notify the customer before they make multiple trips... read more
