Quick, Attentive staff
Doctors are great when you finally get a chance to see them, but the lack of follow up and communication is embarrassing. We had labs ordered for our kids, and the results have now been there for several weeks. Despite numerous messages and calls to the office, zero follow up. I honestly don't even know how these people can operate a business like this. The atrocious lack of follow up is totally unacceptable. Absolutely terrible communication. I made several requests through the website, repeatedly called the office, and left multiple voicemails — not once did anyone respond. Over three weeks of complete silence. At this point, I genuinely question whether this office is even functioning. Extremely frustrating and deeply unprofessional experience.
I have been suffering from a severe tree pollen allergy for over five years, and I am so glad I finally started treatment here. Dr. Robertson is incredibly friendly and professional, and the entire office experience has been excellent. The reception team is welcoming and efficient, and the nursing staff is wonderful—they make the shot process quick and comfortable every time. Dr Robertson and Kerri st George are awesome people, they care, they listen and they know their stuff ..however, I have 1 complaint, in all my years of being a patient first with Kerri, then with Dr Robertson, his medical assistant needs retraining in communication: when either doctor prescribes a medication and it's needing to be filled, I don't think waiting a week or until the end of the week is suitable, ever....unless it's communicated why, communication inof itself is crucial, call the patient and explain what's being ... read more
