You literally come here sick as hell, for the to make you wait for 2-3 hours in the waiting room because they won’t let you make phone call appointments which is more convenient. You wait here the whole day to then wait another 30-40 minutes for a doctor to come in talk to you for 10 minutes then make you leave. And if your prescribed medication your waiting another 30-45 minutes for the pharmacy so your sicker then ever waiting all day for a doctor to give you 5-10 minutes of there time then leave I came im at 11 and it’s 1... read more
Every single time I come here the staff and providers are so great! I love that they offer walk ins. The staff is amazing and Sara is always so helpful and so professional and she made sure I was seen. Thank you Sara and thank you to all staff who make it a great experience to come here. I can tell you all care for your patients.
Went yesterday and been told to call back the following day. Ive been calling for hours and on hold just to speak with someone about an important matter and eventually pressed 1 prompt to keep my place in line after waiting an hour just to talk to someone...I was called back over an hour after the call back prompt and for nothing because it was simply an operator taking messages to send them to call me back which defeats the purpose of a call back prompt to keep place in line. The worst service. They do not answer the phone, and I had to drive back over there to ask to get the prescription. Seen at 8am, still no script at 3. Sick, and I have wait all day to get the script called in?
Great and professional staff and wonderful experience when I have to come to this clinic. 🙏
