Website clearly states -- "Most insurances are accepted. Patients do not need to be part of the Holyoke Medical Group to seek care at the walk-in clinic." However when I got there this was not the case -- receptionist indicated they don't take Hmo plans at all if you're not already a patient! She was very nice and recommended another local facility but the website information needs to be more accurate.
I previously had Joel Leconte as my PCP, and he was truly outstanding. He genuinely cared about me as a patient. Whenever I needed something, he would respond directly or call me himself. I always felt heard, supported, and confident that I was in good hands. He made me feel that my health actually mattered. After he left the center, I was reassigned without any prior notice to Dr. Annabel Espinas. In person, Dr. Espinas is nice, polite, and professional.
