As a fellow business owner, I tend to avoid writing negative reviews of other businesses because I assume we're all trying to do out bestbut the lack of integrity on the part of this company has been so chronic and so expensive (!) the past year that I feel it's important to warn others about Western Mass Heating. In our home, we have two 9 year-old Rinnai tankless water units. We needed a part for our non-functioning furnace, and kudos to Mandy at Western Mass Heating who not only ordered the part for us, but cheerfully put up with our numerous calls asking "When? When? We're Freezing!" When the part arrived, they scheduled us right away. The technician Greg was great. Worked quickly and stayed awhile to make sure all was up and running well. All in all, we're very happy with the services provided.
W Mass Heating and Cooling installed two massive dehumidifiers for my industrial building and fixed my home furnace. Nothing but great things to say about these guys. Very professional and very experienced.
An amazing experience. We needed a boiler and water heater replacement ASAP and these guys delivered. Scheduling was quicker than we expected and the work was done quickly, on time and the area was left spotless. And with no issues. We're so pleased and can't thank these guys enough!
