Great communication. One of our gutters was clogged and frozen. They came back a second time with no extra charge after it thawed. Great service with a fair price which is hard to find these days. We will be using some of their other services in the future.
I asked him for a quote, for new gutters? He gave me a very high amount, and then he said, I could do a lower amount if it was cash. DIDN'T TRUST THEM SEEMS SKETCHY. I WOULDN'T TRUST THIS COMPANY,

We had a great experience working with Western Mass Gutter Monkeys. They did an excellent job cleaning and installing our gutters, and the price was fair. Rich and Dave were professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. What impressed us most was their sense of responsibility - after the initial work, we noticed a problem with the gutter positioning (actually due to the original house design, not their work), and they came back promptly to fix it with no extra charges. Highly recommend!
