Wonderful staff and providers nowadays. Pleasant change from years past
Disgraceful! Tried repeatedly to contact my provider or my provider's nurse. The people who answer the phones are awful - they are hostile, snippy, and clearly talk about callers because you can HEAR THEM in the background making nasty remarks! This is the worst experience I have ever had with a provider's "front line" staff. They get angry when you ask to get a message to your provider, they take days to respond with useless information and tell you to call back if you have any questions. Muy excelente servicio y muy profesional.
We changed our insurance carrier. My husband is an Entivyo patient and we’ve been calling the office for over a week to have the new insurance approval for his in-hospital infusion. No one has called us back. The wait time on the phones has been over 40 minutes. Unconscionable
