I truly wish I could give a better rating because Dr. Sampson has been exceptional. Unfortunately, she is leaving the practice — and after my experience with this office, I can understand why. My experience with the administrative side of this practice has been one of the worst I’ve ever had with any medical provider. Would give zero stars, I tried to get an appointment and couldn’t even accomplish that. You need to quit your job and change your entire life and stare at your phone until they decide they are ready to do the simple task of scheduling. When you return their call at your convenience, they will hide behind a secretary who isn’t capable of anything except telling you they are busy and will call me back. I came to this office with diverticulitis and was told if I had a repeat occurrence to just call and they would refill the prescription so today I did that and they have no idea what prescription they wrote me… Disgraceful medical care
