Dr. Shapiro and the staff that work here are amazing. Every single day they are faced with emergencies on a multitude of levels. After a bad experience with Western Mass Endo in 2021 I needed to have some work done, i didn't have much of a choice because Western mass endo has the market cornered plus to my knowledge they took my secondary...Mass health. However, they refused to see me because of issues they are having with Mass Health. They have refused to see all mass health patients even though they are one of the few that do accept that insurance. They won't even let you pay out of pocket. They have several offices.
