I was told by my dentist I needed a root canal. I decided to go to Dr Shapiro since he is a specialist. This was the best experience I’ve ever had. The nova Caine didn’t hurt, he was done and I was amazed I felt nothing. He communicated what he was doing. I was so happy and got over my PTSD of having dental work. Highly recommend.

Dr. Shapiro and the staff that work here are amazing. Every single day they are faced with emergencies on a multitude of levels. Most people are coming to them in pain and in need of immediate services. The service provided to me by the staff was excellent. The customer service is horrible they took my 65 dollars for ovulation knowing my masshealth insurance doesn't work with their office the service was horrible the front desk lady hung up on my face because she wasn't letting me talk and now they are saying my appointment is going to be canceled right when my appointment is coming up ive been calling for 2 days trying to secure my spot ive been in pain for months living off of pain killers don't recommend this place at all they are scammers and liers the doctors doesn't do an... read more
