The customer service is horrible they took my 65 dollars for ovulation knowing my masshealth insurance doesn't work with their office the service was horrible the front desk lady hung up on my face because she wasn't letting me talk and now they are saying my appointment is going to be canceled right when my appointment is coming up ive been calling for 2 days trying to secure my spot ive been in pain for months living off of pain killers don't recommend this place at all they are scammers and liers the doctors doesn't do an... read more

After a bad experience with Western Mass Endo in 2021 I needed to have some work done, i didn't have much of a choice because Western mass endo has the market cornered plus to my knowledge they took my secondary...Mass health. However, they refused to see me because of issues they are having with Mass Health. They have refused to see all mass health patients even though they are one of the few that do accept that insurance. They won't even let you pay out of pocket. They have several offices. Dr. Shapiro is an amazing Endodontic specialist. He has great demeanor, is very patient oriented, cares about your well being. I highly recommend Dr. Shapiro to anyone looking for a top root canal specialist.
