Doctor Scott did a rush job root canal and that tooth still hurts from time to time more than 2 years later.
I live in Amherst, and I had an emergency visit to their West Springfield office. The doctor couldn’t tell which tooth has an issue also I am 30 min away from West Springfield office. I called Hadley to get me in and looks like if you visit any doctors you cannot change it. The lady on the phone was rude and raise her voice. This doesn’t make any sense. I cannot even book an appointment for later with this office. Such a weird business
I'm not happy at all with Dr Shapiro I did the 3D scan .He found infection and gave me antibiotics. He refused to see me on the next appointment .I don't recommend anyone
Dr. Scott was incredibly professional, poised, efficient, friendly, informative, and helpful. I cannot believe that I had absolutely no pain with this root canal (okay ... except for the novocaine shots) ... Tylenol took care of the very minimal discomfort later in the day, but by the next day I was completely ache-free. The entire experience was well beyond what I expected ...
