I was in urgent need of an evaluation b/c of extreme pain and upcoming travel plans less that 10 days away. Dr Scott had an opening for an evaluation which turned into “I can take care of you today if you can wait”. My dentist recommended this practice as there are only a few in network endos available for my insurance. I traveled from Albany NY and they were super accommodating after a misunderstanding on my part. Everyone was professional and kind. Dr. Scott was amazing, he explained everything and it feels so good to no longer have a toothache My first root canal was not as bad as I thought it would be, but I am relieved it’s over.
I had severe toothache for which my dentist suggested W MA Endo for a root canal. I stopped by, referral in hand, to schedule appointment. Empty waiting room, one receptionist behind check-in counter, greeted me with surly expression and disgruntled sigh, and scolded me for stopping in with my forms. Got the feeling I interrupted her social media search. Had my root canal today in Keene, NH where staff seemed happy to help.
Went in on an emergency appointment for evaluation on a molar ended up getting a root canal which was done by Dr Scott. While I’m not nuts about dental visits, I have to say that this man certainly knows what he’s doing. Within 20 minutes of being in the chair, my pain was gone, and he was taking care of business. Now two days later I am still pain free and moving on with life. Very happy to have found this wonderful place. Thank you Dr.Scott!!!!
