Dave from your Deep Creek Store told me three times he would come by to show my grandson how to operate the new Cub Cadet I purchased in April. He never came or called to say he could not make it. We made sure we were available but he did not shown up one time. On October 8 the belt has come off and twice now Dave said he would come after work to assess the situation,. again we made ourselves available and again he has not come or called to say he can’t make it.
