Tried to tell me my boat was a V-Drive when it was a Direct drive, and held my boat for weeks without any response, tried to tell me that we needed parts changed in order to fix, which was false, they had my bot for 2 weeks and did nothing, I went down, watched a youtube video, and fixed myself in 10 minutes

I was looking for a part for my boat and called around to every place that has boat parts in town and J & H Sales and Marine are the only place thats with in 20.00 of the price on line. Competitors in town wanted 120-179.00 for the same part. LOOK around before going to other places in town they were the cheapest in town and still i recieved a PERKO part. Thanks for the GREAT service Krystle

Well where do I begin. First off who yells at a customer when they are trying to obtain a status on their boat this company has had for almost two weeks! It was a mess from the start. They did not do a complete job of ensuring our boat was in working order so we had to take it back so they could complete it.
