RecommendedSo many good things. I could go on for pages. If all other supply stores were as good as the crew at Western Maine the world would be a better place!!
Unreliable. On two occasions, my family and I tried to order windows through Western Maine Supply Co. These orders were not executed in a professional manner and the communications about these failures were unacceptable. I called periodically to check the status with Tim Hatch. Each time, he left me in the dark and failed to call back. It all seemed like too much trouble for him. Finally, going into week nine, I discovered that the order was never even placed. We would discourage anyone from making this mistake.
They've always been great to me. Always helpful and competitively priced.
