The office staff are friendly doctors and nurses are great. If you need a same day appointment they make it happen
The care team here is exceptional. I really like that they have a phone number to text and chat with someone on the team. I have a lot of anxiety with making phone calls and this is the first office I've gone to that allows texts instead. More offices should do this. I also appreciate that my doctor is kind and compassionate no matter what it is I need to talk about that day, they are patient and not judgemental at all
I've have had very good experiences. Almost everyone has been friendly, attentive and responsive - both at Pikes Hill and at the Hospital. In reading over these reviews, however, I was very surprised to see replies to only favorable reviews, thanking them for their positive review. I believe thanks should be given to people who took the time to point out areas that need improving, as well.
