It's taken some time to gain the courage to speak on how awful this office performs. If you wish to be heard, respected and cared for in a compassionate way with a gentle approach, please do not seek care here. The male Dr in this office is completely unprofessional and made my birthing experience and post partum care incredibly traumatic. I was bombarded with little compassion and high energy from another provider after having a miscarriage, like it was no biggie and it happens to all of us. I have been seen by all of the OB-GYN doctors during 2 pregnancies, and have experienced a great level of care from every provider. The nurses and reception staff have all been very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this lovely team!
The doctors are amazing but the people who call to confirm your appointment aren’t. This is the second time I’ve been given the wrong time for an appointment. They called me on Monday confirming my appointment for today 3:45pm. I asked if 3:45pm was the check-in and they confirmed it was by saying yes. I then clarified by asking if the appointment started at 4pm and again, she confirmed it by saying yes. If I could give them zero stars I would. I'm writing this review while I sit here waiting to find out why nobody has returned my pregnant daughters phone call in over 6 hours with her concern about being in the ER over the weekend BLEEDING WHILE SHE IS 13 WEEKS PREGNANT. She's called a couple times and each time she gets told someone will call her back.
