Expensive if you break lease, 4000 dollars to leave 4 months early. I understand, plus additional charges, for blind cleaning so collect 4000 and charge for cleaning. It's an oilfield town and designed for oilfield nothing convenient, no garbage cans, nothing, washing machines break, outlets outside on outer termites are fake don't work fight for parking and block heaters. Three out of the four rooms we got were not cleaned nor were the beds made.

Terrible place to stay, no cable TV, internet is slow so watching TV on wifi from smart TV is always buffering, they only clean rooms once a week unless you pay an extra 18.99 per day to clean your room daily. No phone in the room to call front desk. Nothing at this place is convenient, unless your checking out they give you refund right away!
