Western Laundry location in Moscow, ID (branch of the Pullman business): employees there were rude to my employee picking up laundry, my laundry was not done when I was told it would be and it was not done properly (according to the contract). This occurred numerous times (not just once) ~ even after speaking to a manager on multiple occasions. It is astounding a business would not correct these issues swiftly. I am appalled that they did not offer a solution such that I could continue to use their service.

My husband and I own Western Laundry (the main branch is in Moscow rather than Pullman), we both work other jobs and have had a manager for the last several years, he just recently took another position and we've stepped back into the business working nights and early mornings alongside our main jobs.
