Absolutely horrific experience so far!! Multiple delays, no ownership, rude, unresponsive. I had no idea this company is owned by Evelyn Ryan. We were convinced she was just new at her job. We are now involving the State Insurance Board, and will also seek small claims reimbursement for all the monetary losses so far!! Whatever you do, do not use these people.
