Fraudulent bill to Medicare. Said I had test in, May 2023. I did not. Wondering what test results say? Odd thing - The invoice is dated, Oct 2025. They are trying to back charge for covid test. WONDERING WHO IS ON THE BOARD.?
Medicare account was billed $200.00 for Covid-19 tests never received, requested or wanted. One company of now a half dozen. Have filed complaint with the Inspector General of HHS. Hope all are charged with criminal fraud. Update November 14,2023. The Inspector General has assigned an Investigator to the multiple complaints I have filed with numerous providers engaging in this fraudulent practice.
This is a medicare and medicaid scam operation. They billed my medicare for testing that They never provided and I did not order. Total 100% front for a medicare scammer.
They sent covid tests to my mother allegedly ordered over 2 months after her death. Reported to medicare fraud. I hope they are investigated and dealt with !
Received a medicare summary with Covid lab tests from Advance Lab in Chicago IL and Western Lab in Chicago IL. Not only have I had no Covid tests, I live in SC not IL. Called Medicare & my supplemental insurance and this is a known scam. Please check your notices. These companies have been targeting Medicare recipients
