You are all completely useless..
Had to wait over 20 days for a blood collection service, and was then turned away due to paperwork not being in place. The receptionist was very rude and did nothing to help me. I shouldn’t be treated like a hassle/inconvenience because the doctor wants to out source administrative work to me as a patient.
How do all the health clinics fill up in under an hour daily?
Such an efficient and welcoming office. You have to make an appt ahead of time by phone but that was easy peasy. When I arrived, front line staff were courteous, friendly and informative. Nurse Courtney's communication skills were excellent. I was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. Dr Carly McLellan was professional, pleasant and very thorough. What a fantastic health centre.
