I have had the most unpleasant experience this morning prior to what would be our first appointment. I called in an attempt to reschedule the appointment (called at 09:30 for a 14:30 appointment). Explained to reception that I would like to reschedule as babysitter had cancelled (for my 2 other children, appointment was for my son) and I wasn’t sure if it would be appropriate to bring them along as one of them is sick. We have been seeing Felicity after our little girl had a fall 7 weeks ago and stopped walking. She has been so invested in Millie's progress and well being and are we are so grateful for her support during a very stressful time. Felicity is caring, patient and always brings high energy in her interactions with Millie. Highly recommend if you need a children's physio who will go above and beyond for you
If I could give more stars I would! Nicole and her team are welcoming, supportive and go above and beyond for all of their clients. I personally have visited with my little girl Samika and both times we have gone to their clinic, I’ve left feeling so heard & with amazing exercises to help my girl. Such an amazing place for so many diverse needs. Would never hesitate to take my daughter or any future kids here.
