I had my very first appt with Dr. Nisarfathima Kazimuddin yesterday (was seen prior by another provider). I feel very listened to. Dr K took the time to explain my course of treatment and answered all the questions I had without feeling pressured for time. I feel as if I'm in good hands. She addressed any concerns I had about past CT's and explained everything in detail. Tests were ordered and a follow-up was set before I left the office. Very professional staff and top notch treatment.
This is at the Glasgow office. Just witness the front staff here, turn away a lady after she called and found the money to make her copay. Said it was way past her appointment time though the person I’m with had an appointment 30 minutes ago and has yet to be seen. I witness this lady literally ball her eyes out because she can’t be seen by a doctor she desperately needs to see. Very rude to do this to a lady that already has a lot going on.
