Two weeks ago today I had an appointment in Hayes for a ct scan. It took about 2 minutes for the doctor to tell me I needed another scan. This time with contrast. I was told that as soon as they got the result, they would call me. They got the results back a week ago and still no calls. I have called two meds and still no calls. Now I had my right kidney removed because of cancer. I am not happy because if I loose another kidney I am headed to a slow death. Called at 8am had already had a er referral sent there receptionist sent the nurse a note back marked urgent and I had to call back almost 5 hours later to find out nothing had been done the nurse was on lunch wouldn't recommend at all
