Called at 8am had already had a er referral sent there receptionist sent the nurse a note back marked urgent and I had to call back almost 5 hours later to find out nothing had been done the nurse was on lunch wouldn't recommend at all

I am a nurse. I called to get a surgical consult appointment for myself. They scheduled me with Danielle who is a nurse practitioner, not a surgeon. Frustrating that I wasted a 3 hour trip and a day off work. While doing an exam, Danielle or her assistant also gave me a urinary tract infection because they had dirty hands. Totally unacceptable!
