I would like to thank all the staff at the Acute Assessment Unit for their kindness and help given to me today - I was referred to the unit immediately by my GP following recent problems with blood test results and I was subjected to a thorough examination incl chest x-ray and an ECG - and a further examination by the on-duty Consultant -, Time dosent matter when you are in safe handsThank you
What a brilliant sevice ha a recent stay had pneumonia and all the staff were wonderful the ambulance staff were wonderful can't thank them enough
I had reason to use Western Isles A&E department in the middle of February. What wonderful people work in our local hospital. Every person I came into contact with that Sunday morning was kind, thoughtful, eager to put me at my ease & explained everything as it happened. Thank you everyone for being so caring. C. Hardy.
