Thank you Alberto and Western Irrigation for repairing my mother's sprinkler system. Alberto came out last Saturday and found that tree trunks had cut the sprinkler pipes and repaired the pipes. But more importantly, he told me there were sprinklers under the ground in another area of the lawn that were not coming up. I told him no, but he walked around the yard and told me he felt pressure through his feet. I was skeptical until he took a shovel and dug out two sprinkler head that had been covered for years. I paid in full to have my irrigation system set up for summer in March. Last year they had my irrigation system up and running by end of April. This year I’ve called three times and have been told that they are running behind. My schedule date is June 7th…in the meantime we’re experiencing a drought and I can’t use my sprinkler system because they’re 6 weeks behind. Their excuse is a late start due to weather and having 3000 customers. I’d suggest finding an irrigation company that is not inundated with too many customers so... read more
