They are no longer in business since December 2016. Person came to my home and asked for a percentage for the job. (only accepted cash or money order (Red flag) Turns out the city stated that they were not in business. Had to get money back from their bond. Always check through the city to see if a company is still in business and never give them cash or money order.
Go elsewhere! Terrible /sloppy job done on my two doors. No answer our phone calls. This company should closed down and it's business license be revoked.

Called Western Iron for a security door and Harold came out to give me an estimate. I paid him 1.2 down and he said it would be 2-3 weeks before the door was compete. It was Nov. 23, it was 3 weeks yesterday, the girl that answers the phone doesn't know and can't get in touch with Harold. Called back today, the owner's wife is suppose to call me, still no answer to where my security door is. This sounds very similar to the other review that they say wasn't a customer. orderd door 11-10-15.did not get door until 12-18-15,owner said she would refund me 50% of the bill and also left me voice mail mess saying the same on 12-27-15. have tried several times to settle this with owner but nothing, no refund..
