I have never had a bad experience at Wipal. Everybody here is so wholesome. Their prices can’t be beaten!
Do not make large orders over the phone here! If there's an issue with your order, management is nearly impossible to get a hold of, the owner just takes your money and ghosts you. It took a week of calling every day to finally get put on the phone with someone who could help us. Once we finally did, the office manager did nothing but talk over me, refusing to give me the chance to even explain the issue. They're nice until they have your money, then they become unprofessional and hostile.
I had this coupling expansion repair brake, never seen one before couldn't find it anywhere, shout outs to wolseley plumbing for directing me here, Wow can't say enough about this amazing group of guys in Wipal. the two gentlemen in the front that helped me, appreciate you. They even gave extra PVC fittings to make it new instead of trying to repair it. You made the job smooth thank you.
Hands down best supply store. Use your brain, or don’t, either way they’ll make sure you’re set up. 9.9/10
